TCPA Consent & E-SIGN Disclosure
Effective May 8, 2026
This page explains the consent you provide when you check the consent box and submit a form on our Services. The full consent text appears directly above the submit button on every form.
Express Written Consent
By providing your phone number and clicking the consent checkbox, you expressly authorize comparebankloans.comand its network of partner lenders, brokers, financial-services providers, and their respective service providers (collectively, the “ Authorized Parties”) to contact you at the phone number you provided — including by:
- Live agent calls
- Automated telephone dialing systems (auto-dialers)
- Pre-recorded or artificial-voice messages
- SMS / MMS text messages
regarding products, services, offers, rates, and account information, even if your phone number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call registry. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You understand and agree that:
- Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking to be removed during a call, or emailing legal@comparebankloans.com. Revocation does not apply to information already shared with partners.
- Each Authorized Party that contacts you will provide its own opt-out mechanism.
E-SIGN Consent
By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic disclosures, notices, agreements, and other communications related to your inquiries, in lieu of paper copies. To withdraw E-SIGN consent or request a paper copy, email legal@comparebankloans.com. You will need a device with internet access, an email account, and a modern browser to receive electronic communications.
Recording Notice
Inbound and outbound calls with our partners may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes.
Records of Consent
We retain records of the consent you provide — including the verbatim consent text shown to you, the version, the date and time, and the IP address from which the consent was given — for at least four years to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable state laws.
