California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Your rights under California law

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA") give you the following rights regarding personal information CompareBankLoans collects about you:

• The right to request deletion of your personal information.
• The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
• The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

• Financial information (income, employment, loan amount)
• Commercial information (transaction history with our service)
• Internet activity (browsing on our site, page views)
• Inferences drawn from the above (loan eligibility, lender matching)

Do we "sell" or "share" information?

Under the CPRA's broad definitions, sharing information with our lender partners during a pre-qualification flow may be considered "sharing" for cross-context advertising. You have the right to opt out — see the form at the bottom of this page.

How to exercise your rights

Submit a request at privacy@comparebankloans.com or use the opt-out link in the footer of any page ("Do Not Sell or Share My Information"). We respond within 45 days; that window can be extended by 45 additional days when justified.

Authorized agents

You can designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We require written authorization signed by you plus verification of the agent's identity.
